Author Instructions
1. Presentation-Only (No Proceedings)
These submissions are intended for authors who wish
to present their work at the conference without including it in any formal
proceedings.
Eligibility:
Ø  Work-in-progress, early-stage ideas, or papers
under review elsewhere.
Ø  No publication rights are required.
Instructions:
Ø  Submit an abstract (300–500 words) via the
conference submission portal.
Ø  Clearly indicate that the submission is Presentation-Only.
Ø  Abstracts will be peer-reviewed for relevance and
clarity.
Ø  Accepted authors must prepare a presentation
(PowerPoint or PDF).
Ø  No full paper required.
Ø  You will receive:
Ø  Conference presentation slot
Ø  Participation certificate
Ø  Presentation certificate
2. Non-Scopus Proceedings Track
Papers submitted here will be published in non-Scopus-indexed
proceedings (e.g., internal journal, ISBN-registered conference book,
etc.).
Submission Guidelines:
Ø 
Submit a full paper (4–6 pages) in the provided conference
template.
Ø 
Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under
consideration elsewhere.
Ø 
Follow these sections in your paper:
Ø  Abstract (150–250 words)
Ø  Introduction
Ø  Methodology
Ø  Results and Discussion
Ø  Conclusion
Ø  References (APA/IEEE format)
Review & Acceptance:
Ø 
Double-blind peer review
Ø 
Acceptance is based on quality, originality, and
relevance.
After Acceptance:
Ø 
Submit the camera-ready paper with all
corrections.
Ø 
You will receive:
Ø  Publication in conference proceedings (non-Scopus)

3. Scopus-Indexed Proceedings Track
For authors seeking publication in Scopus-indexed
journals or proceedings affiliated with the conference.
Submission Guidelines:
Ø  Submit a full-length original paper (4–6 pages) in the required Scopus journal template.
Ø  Paper must include:

Ø  Keywords
Ø  Introduction
Ø  Related Work
Ø  Methods
Ø  Results
Ø  Discussion
Ø  Conclusion

Important Requirements:
Ø  No plagiarism (checked via Turnitin/iThenticate;
<15% similarity).
Ø  Proper citation of all sources.
Ø  Manuscript must follow strict formatting rules.
