1. How can I submit my paper?
All papers must be submitted through the EasyChair conference management system. Please visit the submission page and follow the instructions.
2. What is the paper format?
Authors must use the ICETCIS template. The paper length should be 4–6 pages.
3. Is there a registration fee?
Yes, registration fees are applicable for all accepted papers. Please refer to the Registration Fees page for details.
4. Will my paper be published in Scopus or WoS journals?
Selected high-quality papers may be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed or Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals, subject to journal review.
5. Is this conference online or offline?
ICETCIS 2026 will be conducted in hybrid mode (both online and offline).
6. Can I submit a paper that is under review elsewhere?
No. Papers submitted must be original and not under review or published elsewhere.
7. How will I know if my paper is accepted?
Authors will be notified via email after the review process is completed.
